After breakfast at 8:30 am, we will explore Mikumi National Park for a half-day game drive until 12:30 pm. We will then start the drive back to Dar es Salaam. Mikumi National Park is Tanzania’s fourth–largest national park and the most accessible from Dar es Salaam. It is 3,230 sq. km and is set between the Uluguru Mountains to the north and the Lumango Mountains to the southeast. Mikumi hosts buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, lions, pythons, zebras, leopards, crocodiles and many more.
